Historical note

The Peardonville Mennonite Church was founded in 1959 in Abbotsford, B.C. It was first called the Peardonville Mennonite Mission, an outreach effort by the West Abbotsford Mennonite Church begun in 1951. They built their own meeting house in 1957. In 1960 there were 30 members. The congregation dissolved in 1968. The leaders of the congregation were: J. J. Klassen (1959-1963), Isaac Enns (1964), David Letkeman (1965-1966), Henry Letkemann (1967), Phillip Schroeder (1968).

Scope and content note

This fonds contains bulletins (1963-1967). They pertain to the activities of the congregation.
